Please note that the PET CHARM is for pre-order, NO RUSH ORDERS. Allow at least a minimum of three weeks per order set. Please wait for 24-48 hours for me to assess and confirm your orders. DM me via Instagram for quote if you are pre-ordering.

My shop is a one-woman biz, I only get to create during my free time and my shop days are Sundays/Mondays. So it will take longer time to process your order, please bear this in mind before placing your orders. STRICTLY NO-RUSH orders.

But I will give you a heads-up once your orders are ready to ship. Thank you ♥

ALL INFORMATION SENT TO US ARE KEPT IN PRIVATE AND NEVER SHARED WITH ANY ENTITY EXCEPT THE COURIER, which is outside of our scope. Should you wish for us to not keep your information, just let us know and reach out via email: [email protected]

Once shipped/dropped off or picked up for delivery and in transit, my shop releases/ holds no responsibility for the item anymore. Kindly coordinate and track regularly to see the progress of your parcels.

All items are non-returnable.

All products are rest assured shipped and packed in pristine condition, should the product be found damaged or with issues once it’s received, kindly take a clear image and directly email the courier for claims.

For refunds of lost/damaged items, it will not be in my shop. Once a claim is filed on the courier kindly CC my shop at: [email protected] so I am aware of the progress.

It is outside of my shop’s responsibilities to report the claim/lost or damaged parcels, the courier will refund you directly. Please provide and be ready to have the following details:
The website price screenshot/invoice sent to you, filled out claims letter (sent by which courier holds responsibility), your bank details (in which they will send you the refund once it’s processed). Please note, that it will take longer for them to refund it, so be sure to always follow up.

Should you wish for me to be the one to file the claim or if the claim report is not moving, kindly message me at: [email protected] so we can escalate the issue to the right government agency. If I am the one who will file the claim, please note that once refunded on my account, the refund will be used as store credits which are stored value in your account which you can use to buy anything on shop’s IG.
